This image is a quite simplified or abstracted idea of day passing into night. I have always been interested in logo design and applied some of the editing principles to distill the idea down to the essence while bringing a repeat pattern of soft edge circular shapes into the background. I have intentionally used a very limited color palette to create a sense of stillness while knowing it is anything but still in real life.
