This image began as a loose drawing in my attempt to build a painting with scruffy edges and a casual surface. I tend to refine edges to a crisp edge and in this case, I composed the image with blurry or soft edges leading the eye around the design. Hope you will feel a story of release, letting go, or hope in this piece.
