Selecting the Best (2000)

This is an early painting done in mid 2005 or so, as I began to find the NH and Maine seacoast so fascinating in its colors, design possibilities, while I developed a body of work to present to galleries. A brief show at Barrett Gallery in Portsmouth and this piece quickly found a new home. I wish I had kept it.
