This line up of tugboats so close to the shoreline of the Piscataqua River on the Portsmouth side is a fun sight for residents and visitors to experience. Guiding enormous tankers to pulling up alongside waterfront restaurants is an amazing sight to see. This loose interpretation in a limited color palette brings energetic line and casual energy to this scene.
