Pleasure boats and working boats are lined up together creating a colorful row of shapes and shadows. I have intentionally simplified and played with the design elements to create this semi-abstract or should I say semi-realistic view. Dripping acrylic paint creates the vertical lines in the foreground as they reflect the masts and lines of the boats.
