I see interlocking design in any boatyard and working waterfront. I enjoy the overstimulation of all kinds of activities--fishing, hauling, repairing, loud talking, seagulls screeching, metal clanging, colors clashing, worn out surfaces struggling to hold on, and people working hard to make a good living. Getting harder every year. This is my appreciation of what they provide for me to work with as an artist.
