Late afternoon light after a storm provided a fleeting lighting condition that I captured in my memory. Snapshot photos later on helped with shape of home and roadway up the hill. The loneliness of the house and the foreboding storm sky could have been a painting in itself. I added the couple walking up the hill to bring a sense of hope to the piece. The reflections of the yellow and red provide the complement to the heavy textured blues.
